Lesson 3 - Options
The Files tab
- Add
Add PowerPoint files into the conversion list.
- Remove
Remove the selected PowerPoint files from the conversion list.
- Reset
Reset the conversion list by remove all the PowerPoint files.
The Output tab
- Output folder
Choose the folder for outputting the converted files.
- Output file format
Check this option to output multiple Flash files, each of them contains a single slide.
The Navigation tab
- No navigation control
Do not include a build-in navigation control. Select this option only if you would
like to reuse the converted Flash inside your own Flash application.
- Non-visible navigation control
To go to the previous slide, please click the left part of the Flash.
To go to the next slide, please click the right part of the Flash.
- Auto-hideable visual navigation control at right bottom corner
The visible navigation control will be hidden automatically. Please point your
mouse at the bottom area of the presentation to make the navigation control visible
again. Below is a screen shot of the navigation control.

Click the first button if you would like to go to the first slide.
Click the second button to go to the previous slide.
Click the third button to go to the next slide.
Click the fourth button to go to the last slide.

Similar with the previous option, except that the navigation control will not
be hide automatically.
- Do not start playback automatically
- Start playback automatically using original timing info, endless loop
In this mode, all navigation control will be removed.
- Start playback automatically using original timing info, stopped at last slide
In this mode, all navigation control will be removed.
The Options tab
- Width
Adjust the width of the frame, range from 16 to 2048.
- Height
Adjust the height of the frame, range from 16 to 2048.
- JPEG Quality
Adjust the quality of the Flash, range from 0 to 100.
0 result the worst output quality, but the smallest file size.
100 result the best output quality, but the biggest file size.
- Background Color
Adjust the background of the Flash.
- Keep animations (Beta)
Reserve the animation and transition effects after the conversion, recommend uses
with Windows XP and Office 2003. When this feature is enabled, the following settings
will be ignored:
- Output each slide as a separated SWF file
- Navigation related settings
- Autoplay related settings
- Frame size, JPEG quality and background color
