Go to Youtube web site, point to the video, and click Save Flash As... .
Download Youtube

Select the destination folder, and modify the file name if needed. When finished, click Save.
Select Output File Name

Wait for Flash Capture to finish downloading the video.

Double click the downloaded video to playback.
