Have installed in the past on IE8 and worked fine.
Upgraded to IE9 and reinstalled the FlashCapture and can’t get it to come up.
Notice all the help screens are IE7 or 8.

IE9 doesn’t showing the ‘command bar’ by default. Please try to enable it manually.
