7. How to check if the Flash Object is installed correctly?

Open Internet Explorer
-> choose menu Tools
-> choose sub menu Internet Options...
-> click on Setting button


-> click on View Objects... button


-> please check if there is an item named Shockwave Flash Ojbect

If you can't find the item then the Flash object is not installed. You should reinstall the Flash Player.
