6. JPEG files appears blank inside the Flash menu, why?
Adobe Flash only supports standard JPEG format, also named baseline JPEG format.
Please follow these steps to convert JPEG files to the standard format.
1. Open the JPEG file with Adobe Photoshop.
2. Click File -> Save As
3. In the Save As dialog, choose JPEG format and save
4. In the JPEG Options dialog, choose Baseline ("Standard"), and then click OK.
